I learned that not all of my paintings are going to be masterpeices (only some of them)... or, are they going to be done. I don't know where they are, or if I'm ever going to rework them, but my finished paintings wouldn't have been as satisfying if I did not have these as stepping stones. These are like... trials of "making love" before having a beautiful baby.
